1. Who these terms cover
These terms govern your use of superactionarena.com (the “website”), your User Area account, pre-registration for SuperActionArena: Neo Ice League (the “game”) and any Welcome Offer, promotion or event we announce. Using the website means you accept them. If you don’t accept them, please stop using the website.
2. Your account
- Accounts are opened with an email address that belongs to you. Sign-in happens through single-use magic links sent to that address.
- If local law says you are too young to agree to online services on your own, a parent or guardian has to accept these terms on your behalf.
- Each person may hold one account. Keep your inbox secure, because anyone who can read it can sign in.
- Accounts created by scripts, used for fraud or used to claim an offer more than once may be suspended or closed.
3. About the game
SuperActionArena: Neo Ice League is a free-to-play 3-on-3 arcade hockey game for web browsers. It is in pre-registration and can’t be played on this website yet. The arenas, robots, modes, events and dates we describe are our current plans and may change before or after launch.
4. Welcome Offer and promotions
- The pre-registration Welcome Offer is free and limited to one per person and account. It contains 6,000 Arena Cores, Volt-9 as a playable robot, the Aurora Chrome finish, 3 Slapshot Surges, 5 Ice Barriers, the Arena Playbook and a Founders’ Belt profile item.
- Signing up reserves the offer on your account. It is delivered in three drops, on day 1, day 3 and day 7 after launch, and collected by signing in to your User Area.
- Any other bonus, promotion or event prize is described in the game or on the website together with its conditions and end date.
- We may change or withdraw an offer where the law requires it, to stop abuse, or for reasons outside our reasonable control. Items already delivered stay on your account unless they were obtained through abuse.
5. Arena Cores and in-game items
Arena Cores, robots, finishes, power-ups, belts and other in-game items are licensed to you for personal use inside the game only. They have no monetary value, can’t be exchanged for cash or any other goods, and can’t be sold, traded or moved to another account.
6. Sportsmanship
No cheating, bug exploits, bots, modified clients or harassment of other players, and no interference with the game or the website. Results achieved unfairly may be removed from standings, and belts won that way may be withdrawn.
7. Intellectual property
The SuperActionArena name and logo, the robots Volt-9, Bastion and Glacier, the arenas, artwork, text and code belong to us or our licensors. Please don’t copy or reuse them without written permission. Sharing screenshots or clips of your own matches for personal, non-commercial purposes is fine.
SuperActionArena is a sub-brand of Sportsbet.io. The Sportsbet.io name is a trademark of its owner.
8. Your rights as a consumer
These terms don’t take away any right or remedy you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you and that can’t be excluded by contract. Within those limits, the website and game are provided “as is”, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss to the extent the law allows.
9. Privacy
Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
10. Updates to these terms
We may revise these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to use the website after a revision means you accept it.
